Shipping

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery times

Almost everything in the catalogue reaches you in under 14 days from dispatch.

A small number of pieces take longer. Where that is the case, the delivery window is printed at the top of that product page before you add it to your basket, so you always know before you order.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it on our Track your order page. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating after the email arrives, which is normal.

More than one parcel

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. If part of your order has arrived and the rest has not, it is almost always still in transit. Email us if you would like us to check.

Addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it carefully, because we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered outside the country of dispatch may attract import duty or tax set by your own customs authority. Any such charge is payable by you and is not included in the price.
