Every Aurenne Decor order ships free, and you can follow it the whole way to your door. Enter your tracking number below for live carrier updates, or open the shipping confirmation email we sent you and tap the tracking link there.

Where is my order?
Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and we will pull up the latest carrier scan.
A brand new shipment can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. If nothing comes back yet, your parcel is booked and simply has not been logged by the carrier.
Finding your tracking number
It arrives by email the moment your parcel is collected, in the message titled Your order is on the way. The number sits right under the order summary.
Cannot see it? Check your promotions and spam folders, then search your inbox for Aurenne Decor.
Reading the updates
In transit means the carrier has your parcel and is moving it toward you. Out for delivery means it is on a van today. Delivered means it has been handed over or left in your chosen safe place.
Long gaps between scans are normal on international legs and do not mean anything is lost.
