A two tier stainless steel dish drying rack that takes a whole sink load inside one footprint beside the sink. Plates stand upright on both tiers, the glasses hang, the silverware drains, the knives sit separately and the cutting board stands on edge.

Everything drains standing up rather than lying in a puddle, and the water goes somewhere: the lower tier sits on feet above a drip tray that forms the base of the rack.

How much does it actually hold?

Plates stand upright on both tiers, glasses hang from the rail underneath the top tier, cutlery drains in the side caddy, knives go in their own slot, and a chopping board slides into the end. That covers most of a full sink in one go.
Where does the water go?

Into the drip tray that forms the base. The lower tier sits above it on feet, so water runs down off the dishes and collects in the tray rather than spreading across your worktop.
What is it made of?

Stainless steel, finished in matt black or matt white.
Can I keep knives and a chopping board on it?

Yes. There is a dedicated knife slot at the top of the cutlery caddy and a vertical holder at the side that takes a chopping board on edge, so both drain and stay off the counter.
